These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ecomarix.com (the "Site") and the Amazon Virtual Assistant and account-management services ("Services") provided by EcoMarix. By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
EcoMarix provides Amazon marketplace support services, including product listing optimization, account management, content creation, PPC campaign management, case resolution, and shipment management. The specific scope of services is defined in the plan or agreement you select.
Our Services are intended for businesses and individuals who hold or are authorized to manage an Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account. You confirm that you have the authority to grant EcoMarix the access necessary to perform the agreed Services.
Where Services require access to your Amazon account, you agree to grant access through Amazon's official user-permission tools and to keep that access current. You are responsible for the accuracy of information and materials (including reports, images, and brand assets) you provide to us, and for ensuring your use of Amazon's platform complies with Amazon's policies.
Fees for our Services are set out in the applicable pricing plan or proposal. Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.
Free account audits are offered on a no-obligation basis. Submitting reports for an audit does not create a paid engagement; any ongoing services begin only once both parties agree to the relevant plan.
EcoMarix performs Services in line with Amazon's applicable seller policies and guidelines as they exist at the time work is performed. Amazon's policies change periodically and are outside our control; we will use commercially reasonable efforts to adapt our work accordingly, but we cannot guarantee specific account outcomes, rankings, or approval decisions made by Amazon.
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, and logo, is the property of EcoMarix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you provide to us (brand assets, product information, images) remains your property; you grant EcoMarix a limited license to use that content solely to perform the Services.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, account, or performance information shared in the course of the engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of providing or receiving the Services.
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to improve account performance, we do not guarantee specific sales results, rankings, ACoS levels, or Amazon account approvals, as these depend on factors outside our control, including Amazon's own policies and marketplace conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoMarix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid for the Services during the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice terms agreed at signup. Upon termination, EcoMarix will revoke its access to your Amazon account and cease performing Services, and outstanding fees for work completed remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where EcoMarix is registered to operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
